After a successful corporate career—including roles driving large-scale process optimization, site master planning, and technology troubleshooting—Kimberly founded V Spark Consulting to offer focused, high-impact support to clients in the CPG and manufacturing sectors.

She started consulting to create a better balance between life and work, while continuing to do what she loves most: helping plants and teams solve problems, improve performance, and spark sustainable growth.
